Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the unwashed, unused merchandise in new condition, with tags still attached, to us within 15 days of receipt, along with the original packing list, and we will gladly exchange your purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise returned or an exchange for another item. Products may be returned for exchange or for credit only. No refunds will be issued.

Of course, all of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects in workmanship.
